TAIYO Spa Policy



Be polite, we do not offer sexual services,
so do not ask if the therapists have HIV or STD.
Be responsible for your actions and your health.

Please do not ask for the personal  contact or Social media  (Phone number, Line, WatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) of our therapists. This causes serious problems of privacy and embarrassment for us. The therapist can be fired if there are personal problems involving a client.
Consider our professionalism and our desire to offer the best service for you.



1 -  Notify in case of delay or cancellation at least 4 hours in advance. (business hours)
2 -  Respect the privacy of other customers.
3 - Please arrive 10 minutes before your schedule. A late arrival may result in a shortened massage package or cancellation.
4 -  It is forbidden to use drugs, alcohol and cigarettes.
5 -  It is forbidden to use chewing gum.
6 -  It is forbidden to use Smartphone during the massage, Please ask about your device charger and Wi-fi.
7 - Show us your face. It is forbidden to use masks inside the store. In case of allergies or rhinitis please let us know.(exception for the Covid-19 pandemic period).
8 - Let us know about your health condition, high blood pressure, allergies and let us know if you are allergic to alcohol, soaps, shapoos and oils.
9 -  Do not walk in shoes in areas not allowed. You will be helped for this. Wait for instructions.
10 - Ask for use bathroom after completing your order to not delay the service of other customers.
11 - Respect the privacy of other customers, do not enter unauthorized areas. We will give our best to provide full assistance to you. Be patient and wait.
12 -  We do not responsible for items forgotten inside or outside the room, Please check your belongings before leaving the store. If you forget any belongings, contact us immediately.
13 - Please do not ask for the personal  contact or Social media (Phone number, Line, WatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) of our therapists. This causes serious problems of privacy and embarrassment for us.

CANCELATIONS

• BY CUSTOMER:
1 -  You can cancel your reservation without any extra charge. Please let us know 4 hours in advance (business hours).
2 -  Not inform the cancellation of your booking causes serious inconveniences for TAIYO SPA, for therapists and other clients.
3 -  If the client does not like the therapist or the style of our massage and wants to interrupt the process, we do not refund the amount paid.


• BY TAIYO SPA:
1 -   In case of customer delay over 10 minutes without let us know.
2 -   In case of customers skin diseases,  physical or health conditions besides our support.
3 -   In case the customer has a fever, flu and colds.
4 -   In case  of customer not respect our rules.
5 -   In case of natural disasters, earthquakes, fires or typhoons.
6 -   In case the lack of electricity, gas, water or other unexpected maintenance that makes our operation impossible.
7 -   In case of accident that makes impossible for the therapist to work.
8 -   In case of inappropriate health conditions, flu, colds or fever of therapist.
9 -   In case the transport system fails and makes it impossible for the therapist to come to work.
10 - People with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), (People who refuse to use our towels, our facilities, doubt the cleaning and hygiene process) will be invited to leave.

• REFUND PAYMENT:
1 -  After the massage process begins, we do not refund the money.
2 -  Try to talk to your therapist about your needs, but be polite and respect each therapist's massage style.
3 -  We do not offer Thai massage or therapeutic massage. If you are in pain or want a strong massage, please look for specialized places. Respect our massage style and feel free to look for another massage in specific places.



REQUEST TO CHANGE THE THERAPIST
 
 
After Book, replacing therapists will only be possible in the following case.
 1.    When the custome did book the wrong therapist and let us know straight away.
 2.    When the customer arrives late.
 3.    When the customer makes the booking date and time wrong.
 4.    When the therapist is not qualified for the requested massage course.
 5.    When the therapist cannot come to work due to health problems or reasons that prevent them from working as described in our rules.
 
In addition to the cases mentioned above, we will charge a fine of 50% of the value of the massage course to the therapist who was canceled if the client insists on making the change.
If the client requests a change of therapist, even if there is no affinity with the new chosen therapist, the money will not be refunded.







Frequenlty Asked Questions

Q: Is the time bath included in the massage course?
A: No, bath time is not included in the massage, but clients must arrive 10 minutes in advance. In the unlikely event that you are late, we may ask you to change your course time or shorten your bath time before and after your treatment, so we appreciate your cooperation.

Q: Can I talk on the phone, chat or play games during the massage?
A: This greatly interferes with the masseur, breaks the relaxed atmosphere and disturbs the other customers in the next room. Resist for a while and leave your phone on silent, enjoy your time and relax.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept credit cards, cash payment, PAYPAY and ALYPAY

Q: Is it possible to book by email on the day?
A: Due to the increase in the number of bookings, there may be a delay in processing a booking, there may be a discrepancy between the booking status with the therapist you want and the booking status of other clients. Be objective with precise information such as the date and time, the course of the massage and the name of the therapist. Reservations are only available online or over the phone so that you can receive the most appropriate treatment.
 
Q: So is it possible to make a reservation via email the next day or later?
A: In principle, we can accept bookings for other days.
For this, be precise and be sure to inform the name of the therapist, time and massage course. Please note that we do not process your booking outside business hours and non-working days.
Then let us know your name, contact information (phone number and email). If the details are not correct your booking will not be processed. Make sure you send the valid email or contact us if you don't get a response.
 
Q: Is it possible to cancel my reservation via email?
A: Yes, it is possible. However, if you cancel your reservation via email, we will respond during business hours, so it may take some time (up to 48 hours) to respond. Please note this.
We apologize, but let us know as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.
 
Q: Why haven't I received an email response?
A: TAIYO Spa checks all incoming emails promptly and we answer all important customer questions, but sometimes the email sent to our store may be incorrect. We will respond within 48 hours, but if you do not receive a response, we apologize for the inconvenience, contact us again.

Q: Is it possible to go to the store without making a reservation?
A: Yes, it is possible. However, there is a possibility that the therapist of your choice is currently unavailable.
If you want to be sure that the therapist you want is available, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.
 
Q: Is it possible to book online?
A: Yes, it is possible.

Q: Taiyo contacted me by short message (SMS). What is it?
A: Because our booking system is automated, after completing the booking procedure, you will receive an email informing you that your booking has been completed via a short message (SMS) to your registration number. In addition, a short message with your reservation reminder will automatically be sent 2 hours before the reservation time. Rest assured that this is not a mistake.
 
Q: Is it possible to extend the massage time?
A: Yes, it is possible.
If you wish to extend it, please contact the team, as we will accept it on a case-by-case basis.
 
Q: Is it possible to take care of deliveries or in hotels (out call )?
A: We do not offer this service.
 
Q: Therapists offer sexual services?
A: We do not offer sexual services. Please don't insist on this. You will be able to find other places that practice these services. Be polite, if you insist on this, we will invite you to leave our store.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No, it is not possible to smoke inside our place.

Q: Why didn't my therapist give me a good massage?
A: Clients often want something other than the massage, constantly moving on de bed, using phones or trying to touch the therapist nonstop. Some clients want the massage to be done according to what they want.
Respect our therapists and our services, do not try to change the sequence of the massage and try to relax, this way we can give our best to everyone.

Q: Why are therapists so different?
A: Understand that therapists are human, and therefore you must adapt to the characteristics of each one. Don't expect everyone to act the same way.
Try to be cordial and polite, have good hygiene and we will do our best to reciprocate. We always work to please all of our customers.

Q: The masseur did not massage my feet or some parts of my body.
A: Usually this doesn't happen because we have a rule to fulfill.
Some cases may have occurred for not having massaged your feet.
1- The client spent a lot of time on the phone during the massage.
2 - The client tried to touch the therapist incessantly, preventing him to do the job well.
3- The client had poor hygiene conditions, excessive bad smell or some type of communicable disease. (athlete's foot).
4 - the client tries to change the sequence of the massage by his own desire.
Anyway, remember that the massage will be done during the course you hired. If there is any interruption it may result in missing some steps.
