- Arrival time: Please arrive about 10–15 minutes before your reservation to check in and change calmly.
- What to bring: We provide towels and basic amenities. You only need your personal items.
- What not to bring: Large valuables and excess cash are better left at home or in your hotel. Please avoid bringing strong perfumes.
- Language support: Our team can support you in Japanese and simple English. We will guide you step by step.
- Check-in: When you arrive, please tell us your name and reservation time. We will confirm your course and explain the flow.
- Conversation: Avoid speaking loudly so as not to disturb other customers.
- Restroom: Please request to use the restroom at an appropriate time, as doing so otherwise may cause delays for other clients. Please be patient, we will attend to you as soon as possible.
- Greetings: Please be polite and greet us when you arrive; this makes it easier for us to identify the customer and the language they speak. Entering in silence and merely nodding hinders our work and the service we provide.

- Respect and privacy: Please behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Our therapists maintain a professional service at all times.
- Hygiene: Please shower before your treatment. If you feel unwell or have a contagious condition, we may ask to reschedule.
- Punctuality: Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so that we can respect the next guest’s booking.
- Mobile phones: Please keep your phone on silent and avoid loud calls inside the spa.
- Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us as early as possible.
- It is forbidden to use drugs, alcohol and cigarettes.
- It is forbidden to use chewing gum.
- It is forbidden to use Smartphone during the massage, Please ask about your device charger and Wi-fi.
- Show us your face. It is forbidden to use masks inside the store. In case of allergies or rhinitis please let us know.
- Let us know about your health condition, high blood pressure, allergies and let us know if you are allergic to alcohol, soaps, shapoos and oils.
- Do not walk in shoes in areas not allowed. You will be helped for this. Wait for instructions.
- Ask for use bathroom after completing your order to not delay the service of other customers.
- People who cause disturbances, inconveniences and disrespect our rules will be asked to leave.
- Respect the privacy of other customers, do not enter unauthorised areas. We will give our best to provide full assistance to you. Be patient and wait.
- We do not responsible for items forgotten inside or outside the room, Please check your belongings before leaving the store. If you forget any belongings, contact us immediately
